Sub-processors
Who processes data on our behalf
SchemaChat uses the third-party services below. Each receives only what it needs for its function. We update this page before adding or replacing a provider that handles customer data.
AI model providers
Groq — runs the AI models that write queries and answers. Receives: table and column names, sample values, your questions, and query results needed to write an answer.
OpenRouter — a routing service used to reach additional AI models. Receives the same category of data as above, only when a request is routed through it.
Hosting
Contabo GmbH — operates the server that runs SchemaChat and stores the application database in the European Union. Receives: all application data, stored on our server.
Billing
Paddle — merchant of record and payment processor. Receives: billing name, email, and payment details. SchemaChat never sees or stores full card numbers.
Authentication and email
Google — optional "Sign in with Google". Receives: the sign-in request; returns your name and email address.
Transactional email provider — sends sign-up codes, password resets, invitations and alerts. Receives: recipient address and message content. We are changing providers; this entry will name the new one before any customer email is sent through it.
Monitoring and analytics
Sentry — error monitoring. Receives: technical error details, which can include fragments of the request that failed.
Google Analytics — website usage analytics, only after you accept cookies. Receives: anonymous page-view data.
